New Appointment at ECP

Rahman D'Argenio has joined Energy Capital Partners (ECP), a private equity firm, as a principal in the firm's Short Hills, New Jersey office.

He will lead new investments as well as monitoring portfolio company activity across all of the firm's major areas of investment focus in fossil and renewable power generation, midstream gas and electric transmission.

D'Argenio spent the past 7 years with the First Reserve Corporation as a director in the firm's Greenwich, Conn. office.

ECP has offices in Short Hills, New Jersey, and San Diego, Calif., and invests in the power generation, electric transmission, midstream gas and renewable energy sectors of North America's energy infrastructure.

McConnell Promoted To Vice President

Anne McConnell has been promoted to vice president, human resources officer, at Rockville Bank. The announcement was made at the annual meeting by William McGurk, bank president and CEO.


McConnell is responsible for a broad spectrum of human resources-related policies, programs and practices for the bank, including employee relations, employee benefit administration, recruitment and payroll management.

She joined Rockville Bank in 1995. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management.

Becker Is New President TC Pipelines GP

Steve Becker has been appointed as president of TC PipeLines GP, Inc.

He succeeds Mark Zimmerman who will transition into the new role of vice president, corporate development and strategy with TransCanada Corporation, the partnership’s sponsor.

TC PipeLines GP, Inc. is the general partner of TC PipeLines, LP (NASDAQ: TCLP).

Knudsen joins CBRE

Jon Knudsen is now an associate at the CB Richard Ellis Westchester/Fairfield office in Stamford.

Knudsen will work with Michael Siegel, executive vice president, along with David Block and Steven Greenbush, first vice presidents, to service commercial real estate needs throughout the northern suburbs of New York City.
