Knudsen joins CBRE

Jon Knudsen is now an associate at the CB Richard Ellis Westchester/Fairfield office in Stamford.

Knudsen will work with Michael Siegel, executive vice president, along with David Block and Steven Greenbush, first vice presidents, to service commercial real estate needs throughout the northern suburbs of New York City.

SkillPROOF Inc. is a Bridgeport-based research company that systematically surveys job openings obtained from large U.S. and foreign employers. Research identifies growth or decline in the demand for skills and occupations.

The company maintains a growing database containing millions of job records with history data sets beginning in 2004.

In partnership with Pace University, the firm produces a quarterly index about the local IT job market (PSII) in Manhattan and Westchester County providing statistical information about the changing IT skill needs of employers.
