Citibank and University of Bridgeport’s Robert Sammis lecture series present a workshop on financing export sales, Monday, May 23, Magnus Wahlstom Library, University of Bridgeport, 126 Park Ave.
Export financing is a critical step to ensuring international sales are completed successfully. Many potential exporters are unsure of what may be required in order to support international sales. A panel of experts from the U.S. Department of Commerce, Connecticut Development Authority (CDA), Ex-Im Bank, and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will talk about resources available for small and medium-size companies.
Topics include state and federal funding programs available to U.S. exporters; sample transactions, structuring of the sale and risk evaluation.
