The annual NEFC dinner meeting is set for Tuesday, Feb.23, with featured speaker David Krohn, managing partner, Light Wave Venture LLC.The company is focused on developing telecommunications, sensor and power delivery business opportunities in a wide range of market applications. Krohn has assisted more than 100 companies with activities in marketing, planning and management functions. In prior positions, he served as global new business director for photonics at 3M Company.
Krohn attended Rutgers University as an undergraduate, obtained his masters from Case Western Reserve University, and Ph.D. from Lehigh University. He has written three books, 60 papers and holds 27 patents relating to fiber optics and optical sensors.
