National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, New England Chapter (NATAS) Boston/New England Chapter, will induct TV pioneers Ken Bell, Jeanne Blake, Leslie Breault, William Murphy, Mary Richardson, and Emily Rooney to the 2009 Silver Circle on Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 6 p.m. at Granite Links Golf Club at 100 Quarry Hills Drive in Quincy, Mass.
